WINERY REQUIREMENTS:

A clean water supply. 32amp 4-pin PDL plugs and 50amp 4-pin for the 14 cartridge filter. Liquid caustic and citric for cleaning and a supply of hot water. Winery to supply necessary hoses and winery representative to taste off and oversee process.
